As a professional building designer I can assist you in the beginning stages of identifying the amenities you would like to see in your home before you make a commitment to paying for a full set of plans ("blueprints").

In some cases this can be accomplished with today's technology via Skype or Face time.

By working with a professional building designer through the preliminary design phase of your project you can feel at ease knowing that your ideas are being heard and incorporated during the initial phase of your project allowing you to exercise your options to choose who you would like to complete the project for you.

Your formal drawings may be prepared by a qualified draftsman or "Architect".  Design consultation services are meant to eliminate frustration by working with a seasoned professional at the beginning phase of developing your project.
