Prior to entering this spectacular 6,249 square foot contemporary designer home notice the thick walls at the doors and windows providing depth to the luxurious exterior. As you enter the home you'll be greeted by the floor to ceiling see through fireplace providing passage into the Great Room that includes a "out of sight" television that appears from the floor upon remote control command flanked by two sets of french doors leading to one of many outdoor retreats. To the left of the fireplace is a curved floor to ceiling fish tank or terrarium that separates the Entry Foyer and Great Room from the upper level Master Suite and additional flex room. The french doors from the Master Suite open to the private covered lanai. The rotund dining room is designed for a custom dining room table providing seating for up to 12 people.  Beyond the Kitchen is the Viewing Nook to savor those spectacular morning sunrises or evening sunsets with access to the outdoor lounging areas. The passage beyond the kitchen and dining areas adjoins two large flex rooms providing options such as home offices, exercise areas, guest suites, etc. Along the way is a large walk in pantry, walk in laundry, walk in storage closet and a full bath that also serves as the homes Powder Room, The stairs down located adjacent to the Entry Foyer lead to two bedrooms separated by a jack-n-jill bath.

The 52' x 24' conditioned space beyond can be used for off season supplies, museum display, collector automobiles, etc. Use per your discretion.
